Mrs. Tomorrah Howard, Principal
Tomorrah Howard has served as an exemplary teacher for the Pendergast School District since 2015. This is Mrs. Howard’s 18th year in education, during which she has served in multiple capacities, including classroom teacher, technology coach, campus data specialist, and summer school coordinator. Mrs. Howard holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Grand Canyon University, 2nd Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from JIU, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Chicago State University. Mrs. Howard is a strong believer in culturally responsive teaching to the whole child using best practices that promote academic and social success for all children. When not at school, she enjoys taking trips to Walt Disney World, going to the movies, and eating at local restaurants with her husband and three children. Her personal hobby is playing retro video games such as Mario, Pac-man and Sonic.

Mrs. Brischell Palmer-Eastburn, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Brischell Palmer-Eastburn is the proud Assistant Principal of Sunset Ridge Elementary School. Mrs. Palmer-Eastburn has served as an educator for more than twelve years. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to teach different grade levels. Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal at Sunset Ridge, she served as a Teacher, Mentor Teacher, and Instructional Coach. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, both from Arizona State University. Her ultimate goal as a school administrator is to help students and staff succeed in all of their future endeavors.
